Abrokyire, LLC ("Abrokyire", "we", "our", or "us") operates this website and the Abrokyire marketplace platform currently under development. You can reach us at support@abrokyire.app.

By accessing this website or submitting your details through our waitlist forms, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
3. Pre-Launch Status
This website is a pre-launch information and waitlist page. The Abrokyire marketplace platform is not yet available to the public. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell goods or services, nor does joining our waitlist create any contractual obligation between you and Abrokyire.
4. Waitlist — No Binding Obligation
Joining the buyer or seller waitlist is free and non-binding. We do not guarantee early access, a specific launch date, or any particular feature at launch. We reserve the right to modify, delay, or discontinue the platform without liability. By joining the waitlist you consent to being contacted by Abrokyire about our launch, updates, and related news. You may unsubscribe at any time by emailing us at support@abrokyire.app.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or misleading content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems, or to scrape or copy site content without permission.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and the Abrokyire name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Abrokyire, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
